  • Existing tooling licenses (CRM, analytics, automation) remain active throughout
  • Media spend is billed separately by the platforms and is not included in the figures above
  • Content/creative requiring legal or product review is returned within five business days
  • Placeholder figures are illustrative; final pricing is confirmed after the Chart phase

Approving this proposal authorizes Manara Digital to begin the Chart phase. A 50% deposit on one-time fees secures the kickoff date; the balance and first retainer month are invoiced at the start of the Build phase. Either party may pause with 14 days' written notice.
