Before you set sail
How quickly will we see results?
It depends on the bearing. Paid media and CRO can show early movement within 2–3 weeks, and we aim to prove a defensible baseline inside 90 days. Organic growth and attribution are longer voyages — meaningful organic gains typically surface over 4–6 months, and calibrated attribution stabilizes across a full quarter of clean data. We tell you what to expect at each waypoint rather than promise overnight miracles.
What do contracts and commitments look like?
The Diagnostic Sprint and Build engagements are fixed or project-based, so there's no long-term lock-in — you commission a defined outcome. The Scale partnership runs as a monthly retainer with a 3-month initial term so the instrument has time to prove itself, then continues month to month. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in a year.
Which tools and platforms do you work in?
We're instrument-verified across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce and Segment, plus the wider warehouse and CDP ecosystem. We're platform-agnostic by principle — we architect around your business and existing stack rather than forcing you onto tools that serve us.
How do you report, and how often?
Reporting is the heart of the instrument, not an afterthought. You get live dashboards tied to revenue — not activity — that the whole team can read at any time. Build engagements include bi-weekly steering; the Scale partnership adds monthly reviews and quarterly course-corrections. We report on outcomes you can defend in the boardroom, and we show our working.
What's not included?
We're a marketing and MarTech studio, not a full-service shop. We don't handle PR, custom application development unrelated to your marketing stack, or large-scale offline media buying. Ad spend, software licenses and third-party subscriptions are billed at cost directly to you, never marked up. If something falls outside our beam, we'll point you to a trusted specialist rather than fake the expertise.
What does onboarding look like?
Every engagement starts with the Chart phase: a structured kickoff, access and audit of your data, channels and stack, and alignment on the outcomes that matter. Within the first two weeks you'll have your true position mapped and a plotted course agreed. From there we move into Build, Illuminate, and Scale — and you always know exactly where on the chart we are.
Can we start with a single service?
Yes. Each of the seven services can be commissioned on its own — many clients start with one bearing, such as fixing attribution or launching paid media, and expand once the instrument proves itself. That said, the services reinforce each other, so we'll always be honest about where a standalone piece will hit a ceiling without the rest of the engine behind it.
Who actually does the work?
Manara is led hands-on by founder Nasser Saleh, a digital marketing and MarTech specialist based in Canada. You work directly with the person plotting your course — supported by a vetted network of specialists brought in for depth where a project calls for it. You won't be sold by a strategist and handed off to juniors; the keeper stays on watch.
